Email Marketing: Increase Your Sell

In this article, I will write about the email marketing strategies that are only used in giant companies.
Number 1: How to reactivate the dead customers?

From an email perspective, all your customers who since the last few months haven't even opened your email, don't click on them. No activity, these people are your dead customers. The biggest underlying problem is that they don't even open your emails. For this, you've to create a new domain, work with an email service provider. And then send emails to all your customers. The email that you send has to be one with a coupon code or a discount or an offer or a new product. Discuss it with them, understand, show a personal connect towards them, only then will they reactivate.

2nd: How do you increase the response rate?

What is response rate? People opening/clicking on your email and then go to your website if it is a sales campaign. And you've to increase the response rate and there is only one way to do it. Your email should be relevant for the time and the customer. If you think, that you've to create a sales campaign. The response will be cold, you'll receive some and some you won't. But if it's a month end campaign, you may offer a credit to the recipient, then people might buy. If it's the beginning of the month, do a different campaign. If it's season wise, do a different campaign pertaining to each. Focus on that, if you're able to understand their needs and the product they require. Think on this and segment the customer accordingly and design such an email and only then will you see better response rates.

Point 3: and this is a powerful one, start capturing data.
Every email that you're sending, what is the subject line, the creatives that have been used, what is it's objective?

What are the tags and the keywords? To which customer segment has this email been sent?

If you start capturing all of this data, over a period of time, you'll have sufficient data that you will be able to analyze it. You will be able figure out what subject lines work with which segment of your customers. The kind of keywords, the kind of discounts, creatives, so on and so forth.

The next point which I want to discuss is that you've to send emails to your customers according to a planned calendar. Not in a way that should be random, at all. Makes a list of your customers, the different types of them. That email can be a welcome email, it can be a thank-you email, it can be a subscription email, it can be a sales email, so on and so forth. Basis this, make a calendar, this will become your monthly calendar and you'll have a strategy for the emails. That this is what you want to achieve.

The last point I want to emphases on is very important. You will create 9 variations for every email. 3 will be your subject lines and 3 will be your creative.

First, let's assume that you have 100 customers that you need to send an email to. Then you'll pick 10 customers to whom you'll send different emails with 3 different subject lines. Then you'll check which subject lines attracts the most response. The one with the highest response will be chosen as the main subject. Response will be the open rate. You'll then send it to 10 more customers. To test which copy or creative is more effective for generating leads. You've now sent emails to 20% of your customers and you have the winning subject line and the creative/copywrite. This will then be sent to the remainder of the 80% of your customer base to generate the maximum response. This email, on the basis of winners will be sent to a particular segment of customers. This will generate the maximum response and RoI for you. And the tips and strategies that we're talking about are implemented by giants only. And if you start doing this, your email revenue can double, triple or multifold depending on how it is now.

7 Best Email Marketing Tips to Increase Your Sell

Research shows that email marketing has the highest return on investment than any other digital marketing channel. Email marketing is relatively inexpensive compared to most marketing channels. I'm going to share with you a brief list of some of the things you need to consider. In order to succeed at it.
The first thing you need to do is:
Make your emails worth your reader's while. Deliver on the promises you made when your reader subscribed to your mailing list. Don't just send emails because it's what businesses do. Segment your audience and send them emails that are relevant to them. Sending unnecessary emails will make your unsubscribe rate increase, which will defeat the entire purpose.

The next thing you need to do is personalize your emails. Behind every email, is one person reading it. As you compose your email, address it to a single person and preferably by their name. Some email marketing platforms allow you to personalize more fields than just the name. For example, your email could read "Hi Aine," which is a first name, "How are things going at XZYCBA Marketing Agency?" which is the name of my employer. The more you personalize, the more it feels less generic. That will inspire your readers to continue on because it feels like it was written just for them. Don't make your emails too long. The longer you make your emails, the less likely it will be read to completion. Say what you need to say in just the right amount of words. Make use of paragraphs, bullets, dividers and any other elements that will make your email more readable or easier to skim through. You also need to make your emails legible. People read emails on different devices. You need to make sure your fonts are large enough for those reading on mobile devices. You also need to consider how readable your font is. A font that's too busy can put readers off. Unless you have some really amazing content that will change the course of your readers' life, they'll probably close your email. So you need to make it effortless for them. Consider having clear calls to action or CTAs. Let your CTAs stand out. They should be more prominent than the normal text so that your reader knows exactly what you want them to do next. You need to have the right content. Everybody is always talking about how great images and videos are. When it comes to email think twice about them. They can drain your reader's data or they may even fail to load. We're not saying you shouldn't do it, just make sure that you can convey your message with or without the rich media.

Lastly you need to test your emails. Test how your email renders, test its deliverability, test if the links work, test if the personalization fields pick... Test! Test! Test!

Don't send out your emails before testing. getting an email that actually reads "Dear First Name" may be a lot to us than doing nothing. We hope you found this video useful. How to Start a Digital Marketing Agency: Beginners Guide

What's up, guys! Today, I want to share with you, how to start a digital marketing agency. I want to start from my first tip. It's to focus on one thing. I know, it's essential because I see when entrepreneurs try to cover a lot of things with limited resources, especially if you start from scratch, if you have no money to invest into many things. Just do one thing. The biggest mistake that I see is when others try to steal their competitors’ methods. Perhaps these competitors have this money, they have resources to cover a lot of other stuff. But if you have no money, if you are alone, just focus on one thing, where you can be the best. For example, I pay my attention to LinkedIn promotions, where I can get customers, when I get sales, and I create breath awareness there. I don't need any help to promote my LinkedIn account, where I get over 50,000 followers in three months. Choose your direction. You can start on LinkedIn or Twitter or Facebook, but I recommend you to...
